The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries we had. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to all the main attractions and easy to navigate around the city. We also enjoyed the comfortable and clean rooms, which provided a relaxing environment for our romantic getaway.
The room was quite dark, making it difficult to see properly even during the day. the bathroom had a faulty hairdryer, which was inconvenient as we had to search for another one in the wardrobe.
